Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Until It's True ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the website untilitstrue.com (the "Site") and the Until It's True publishing application (the "App"), a private tool we use to schedule and publish our own content to social platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Threads.
1. Who we are
Until It's True is an independent audio and media brand that produces repetition-based affirmation content. We can be reached at hello@untilitstrue.com.
2. Information we collect on the Site
The Site is a static website. It does not use accounts, forms, cookies for tracking, or advertising networks. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and operational purposes. We do not combine these logs with any other data about you.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use it only to reply to you.
3. Information the App accesses
The App connects only to social media accounts that we own. It is not offered to, and cannot be used by, the general public. When we connect one of our own accounts, the platform provides the App with an access token and basic account details (such as account name and ID). The App uses that access to:
- publish our own original content (videos, images and text) to our own accounts and boards;
- read our own posts, boards and basic performance metrics (such as views and saves) so we can understand which topics are useful to our audience.
The App does not access, collect or store information about other users of any platform. It does not read private messages, follower lists or contact information. It does not sell, share or transfer platform data to any third party.
4. How we store and protect data
Access tokens and the content we schedule are stored on our own private, password-protected server, encrypted in transit. Only the owner of Until It's True has access. Tokens are removed when an account is disconnected or when the platform revokes them.
5. Data retention
We retain platform access tokens only while an account is connected. We retain aggregate performance metrics about our own content for as long as they are useful for planning. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond.
6. Third-party platforms
Our content is published on platforms operated by other companies. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, including Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (Meta) and YouTube (Google).
7. Children
The Site and our content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the Site collects almost nothing, in practice this applies to emails you have sent us. To exercise any right, contact hello@untilitstrue.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Deleting your data
If you have ever emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, email us from the same address with the subject line "Delete my data". If a platform requires a data deletion callback for the App, requests are honoured within 30 days and confirmed by email.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
